We provide a completely independent code base for each client, derived from the Pulse core. This is a unique service and our key offering, your system matches your specific business requirements.
With your own system, anything is possible. We work with you to provide your ideal solution. High priority change requests can be implemented same day. We can hard-code your business rules rather than having to create an expensive, complicated and less functional customisable solution.
If you choose an off-the-shelf solution, your requests will be added to a global wish list, which the vendor might put into their annual rollout if they deem it suitable for their generic solution.
Without an ongoing service based relationship, the utilisation of your system will slowly degrade, and you will find yourself dealing with increasing workarounds.
We maintain a continuous consultancy relationship, working together with your staff to identify and optimise your operational short-falls. The system IS your business, and as such needs to evolve in a process of continuous improvement. Our oldest system, at the ripe age of 25 years, is still regularly enhanced.
When it comes to general support, we actually ANSWER the phone and respond to your email queries like a business partner. We even hand out our personal numbers for out of hours emergencies.
Our primary partner is the Southern Steel Group, the largest privately owned Steel Company in Australia.
We have been working together since 1999 to provide management systems for their steel processing operations right across the country. Pulse is currently installed in each of their processing sites and the number grows each year. That is 25 years years of profitable partnership and continous service. We invite you to talk with them.
We also developed and maintain the management system for the Steel House Frames division of the Stoddart Group, a renowned 60 year old construction business with over 500 employees. Our ongoing relationship is now in its 20th year.
We are excited to announce the release of our Pulse Mobile Android App.
The app is configured to run on the industry standard Zebra range of bar-code reading devices, such as the TC-22.
Functionality includes:
• Receipt and labelling of plates from the supplier
• Picking and receipt of internal site
• Rransfers stocktake management
• Picking of allocated plates for production jobs and remnant return. Allocations can be swapped on the spot.
• Barcode driven part management is also available. Parts are labelled in the cutting bed, so they can be indentified right through to despatch.
Further development has begun on a suite of features aimed at truck drivers so they can view their manifests on the road, take snapshots of the delivered goods, and get customers to sign off on-screen.
Pulse now includes an integrated email management system which integrates directly with your mail server to import relevant incoming and outgoing emails into a centralised repository in Pulse. That means all sales related emails are visible to all staff, no matter who received or sent the email.
Our next subsidiary business from the Southern Steel Group is up and running on Pulse.
Welcome to the team guys. We hope Pulse makes a big difference to your business.
